欣母沛加宫腔填塞纱条预防双胎剖宫产宫缩乏力12例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双胎剖宫产术中出血的有效治疗措施。方法对2006年12月至2008年8月在本院用欣母沛加子宫腔填塞纱条治疗双胎剖宫产术中大出血12例进行回顾分析。结果双胎剖宫产术中大出血应用欣母沛加子宫腔填塞纱条10例获成功止血,24h后纱条经阴道顺利取出,无1例感染及晚期产后出血;另外2例因胎盘植入行子宫切除,术后恢复良好。结论欣母沛加子宫腔填塞纱条是治疗双胎剖宫产术中出血的一种有效方法。Objective To study an effective therapeutic measure of hemorrhage during twins C-section. Methods To perform retrospective analysis of 12 patients suffered from hemorrhage during twins C-section and treated with hemabate and packing with ribbon gauze during December 2006 to August 2008. Results 10 patients succeeded in haemostasis. Ribbon gauze was took out after 24 h. No infection and late postpartum hemorrhage. There were 2 hysterectomy because of placenta implantation. Conclusion Hemabate and packing with ribbon gauze is an effective measure to treat hemorrhage during twins C-section.
