摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬酯用于腹腔镜手术的术后镇痛作用。方法:ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级腹腔镜手术患者60例,随机分为两组。实验组于手术结束前30min静脉注入曲马多100mg,静脉滴入氟比洛芬酯100mg;对照组于手术结束前30min静脉注入曲马多100mg。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)进行静息时疼痛评价,记录术后咽喉疼痛及出现的不良反应。结果:实验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后咽喉疼痛6例(20%),显著少于对照组的18例(60%)。结论:氟比洛芬酯可有效缓解腹腔镜手术的术后疼痛,减少术后咽喉疼痛的发生。Objective： To evaluate post-surgical pain relief of Flurbiprofen axetil in laparoscopic operation. Methods： Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopie operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in experimental group received Tramatol 100 mg and Flurbiprofen axetil 100mg. Patients in control group received Tramadol 100 mg. Both groups were intravenous administered thirty minutes before the end of surgery. The analgesic effect was assessed by visual analog scale （VAS）. Results： The VAS in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group（P〈0.05）. In experimental group, 6 eases （20%） of throat pain was significantly lower than 18 cases （60%） in control group. Conclusion： Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively relieve laparoscopic post-surgical pain and pain of the throat.
