摘 要:玉米自交系丹988是以引入美国"PN78599"杂交种为基础材料,经自交、N离子辐射处理、大群体改良、性状定向转育等技术方法选育而成。在选育技术方法上具有新颖性和先进性,同时把雄性不育基因应用在杂交种的雄穗花粉不育上,起到隔行去雄的增产效果。丹988自交系突出特点为早熟耐密、优质多抗、配合力高、芽势强等。它与旅大红骨群、塘四平头群、Reid群具有较强的杂种优势,应用潜力大。Dan988 was bred in 1989 by using hybrid PN78599 as the basic material with the methods of self cross, N-ion radiation, big population improvement,characters directed transferring technology and so on. Male sterile gene plays increasing the yield role for the effects of removing half male flowers in the maize production. The breeding technology has the novelty and advanced characters. The main characters of Dan988 are early maturity, planting densely, high quality, multi-resistance, high combining ability and high seeds germination rate. It has very strong heterosis crossing the main inbred lines such as Luda red cob group, Tang sipingtou group and Reid yellow dent group. The inbred line has potential application in China.
