祛瘀化毒口服泡腾片配方筛选及工艺条件的研究

摘　　要：目的筛选祛瘀化毒口服泡腾片的制备方法。方法采用正交试验法优选辅料配比,4种不同的方法制备祛瘀化毒口服泡腾片。结果采用聚乙二醇包裹酸碱后分别压片法制得的泡腾片质量符合规定。结论配方筛选及工艺条件的研究为祛瘀化毒口服泡腾片的制备提供了科学依据。Objective To select the preparation method of Qnyu Huadu （ removing blood stasis and detoxifying） oral efferves-cent tablets. Methods We selected the optimum adjuvant proportion by orthogonal test. Four methods were used to prepare Quyu Huadu oral effervescent tablets. Results The quality of Quyu Huadu oral effervescent tablets prepared by compression after encapsulation by PEG met the quality standand. Conclusion The study supplies basic and instructive data for further research and preparation of Quyu Huadu oral effervescent tablets.
