摘 要:主要采用Sendust合金粉末氧化包覆的方法,使得粉末表面形成了新的成分,达到粉末彼此绝缘的目的,然后再通过模压成型,制备出信号线滤波器件,经测量100 MHz~1.8 GHz频段平均复磁导率虚部可达6.9,与传统Sendust合金粉末制备磁芯的工艺相比其高频和宽频EMI抑制性能得到了显著提高,克服了Sendust合金粉末和有机物共混粘结成型的工艺路线的缺点,制定了新的工艺路线。In this paper, by using the method of oxidation coated on Sendust alloy, new components can be produced on the powder surface. This new components can achieve the purpose of insulation between each powder. After that a core for single wire wave filter is prepared through the compression mold process. It is testified that the core average value of complex permeability in imaginary part is 6.9 in frequent range between 100MHz and 1.8GHz and its EMI suppression perform ance is obviously improved compare with those made by traditional way. This method overcome the disadvantage of the bonding forming process by blending the Sendust alloy powder and organic. Finally,a new technological line is put forward.
