摘　　要：单卵囊分离技术是获得品种单一、基因型纯净的卵囊,以便更有效的鉴别球虫种类和建立球虫纯种体系的重要手段。论文主要从雏鸡日龄、卵囊侵袭力、分离方法和材料的选择三个方面来分析其对鸡球虫单卵囊分离纯化的影响,从而为单卵囊分离技术的改进提供指导,进一步为球虫的各项研究提供基础。Single oocyst isolation technics is the important way to obtain single species and purified genotype oocysts,and to identify the different coccidia and construct the purified system of coceidia. The age of chicken,the invasiveness of oocyst, the selection of method and matetials were analyzed in this article to provide the instruction for improving the single oocyst isolation technics,further to provide the ground for all researchs on coccidia.
