重庆部分地区猪瘟超前免疫的效果评价

摘　　要：为了解重庆地区猪瘟超前免疫的免疫效果，随机采集重庆地区8个区县部分猪场进行过猪瘟超前免疫的不同日龄的猪血清680份，用正向间接血凝试验进行猪瘟抗体检测。结果表明，IHA效价达1：16以上的共552份，即免疫保护率为81．2％；其中母猪为96．3％，30日龄～40日龄仔猪为68．1％，60日龄～80日龄猪为80．3％，仔猪免疫效果不甚理想。试验结果可为猪场制定科学的猪瘟免疫程序提供参考。In order to understand the effect of ultra pre-immunity of classical swine fever in some areas of Chongqing,the sera of 680 pigs at different ages were collected at random,and the antibodies were detected by IHA. The result indicated that the positive samples were 552 among 680 seras,and the protection rate were 81.2 %. The protection rate in the 30-40-day pigs, 60-80-day pigs and the sow were 68.1% ,80. 3%, 96.30% ,respectively. The immune effect in piglets was not ideal. The test results may provide scientific data for CSF immune procedures.
