百部提取物对番茄陈种子的化感作用

摘　　要：以番茄陈种子为受体,研究百部提取物对番茄陈种子的萌发及其幼苗的化感作用。结果表明:百部提取物对番茄陈种子的发芽率有显著的促进作用,其提取液稀释至200倍时发芽势和发芽率最高,分别达20.0%、36.0%;处理后番茄芽的鲜重明显增加,以稀释倍数为200倍时的效果最好;百部提取物浸种对番茄幼苗的生长有一定的影响,且稀释至600倍时,番茄幼苗的株高、茎粗及地上地下部分的鲜干重与对照差异显著,化感效应最佳。Allelopathy of different dilution multiples of extract from Radix stemona on the seed germination and seedling growth of old tomato seeds was investigated. The results showed that the extract had positive proand seedling growth of old tomato seeds was investigated. The results showed that the extract had positive pro- motion effects on germination rate of old tomato seeds. The germination energy and germination percentage reached the maximum at 200 times. The fresh weight of bud increased by soaking seeds with the extract and 200 times is the best dilution multiple. The extract had certain effect on seedling growth of tomato. At 600 times, the differences in the plant height, stem diameter and dry weight and fresh weight of the under and above -ground parts were significant.
