摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定草茎点霉SYAU-06菌株与12种农田常用化学农药的相容性。结果表明,SYAU-06菌株与农药的相容性因农药的种类和浓度不同而呈现差异。在杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂3类药剂中,杀虫剂与SYAU-06菌株的相容性最好,吡虫啉、溴氰菊酯、对硫磷和氧化乐果在田间常规使用浓度下对菌丝生长和孢子萌发几乎都没有抑制作用;杀菌剂则与SYAU-06菌株完全不相容,供试的4种药剂在1/10田间浓度下对菌丝生长的抑制率超过65%,对孢子萌发的抑制率超过55%;除草剂与SYAU-06菌株的相容性介于杀虫剂和杀菌剂之间,低浓度下除氟乐灵外其余3种除草剂与草茎点霉孢子相容,几乎不影响孢子萌发,但所有除草剂对草茎点霉菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用。The biological compatibility of 12 pesticides with P. herbarum (SYAU -06) was investigated with mycelium growth rate method and conidium germination method. The result showed: the compatibility of SYAU -06 strain with pesticides was different with their kinds and concentrations. Among fungicides, insecticides and herbicides ,four insecticides including imidaclorpid 10% WP, deltamethrin 2.5% EC, parathion 50% EC and omethoate 40% EC exhibited best compatibility which didn' t restrain the mycelium growth and conidium germination of P. herbarum at the concentration recommended for field spray. Four fungicides were not compatible with P. herbarum. They inhibited mycelium growth and conidium germination with inhibiting rates over 65% and 55% respectively at 1/10 concentration recommended for field spray. The compatibility of SYAU -06 strain with herbicides was between that with insecticides and that with fungicides. The three herbicides except trifluralin 48% EC hardly affected conidium germination, but all restrained mycelium growth in some degree.
