摘  要:介绍了17型钩尾框锻造工艺中弯曲工步的成形过程,应用PROE软件对钩尾框弯曲锻件进行三维实体造型,并用Deform-3D模拟软件对钩尾框弯曲成形过程进行了三维有限元分析,优化了钩尾框锻造工艺。模拟结果表明,优化后的钩尾框锻造工艺过程设计合理,工件能够良好成形,表明三维有限元分析在锻造行业具有一定的应用价值。The bending deformation process for 17 type of coupler yokes was introduced. The three-dimensional coupler yokes bended forging was made by applying PROE software, and the bending deformation process for coupler yokes was analyzed by using Deform-3D software, then the forging process for coupler yokes was optimized. The results show that the optimized forging process for coupler yokes is reasonable, the good deformation of part can be obtained, and thereby indicating FEM analysis is worth using in forging field.
