摘 要:基于Marc非线性有限元软件,虚拟刚性半球头凸模胀形过程和多种应变路径,对Al-Mg-Si基合金车身板进行刚性半球头凸模胀形数值模拟和极限应变分析,归纳总结了"双拉"应变和"拉-压"复合应变两种胀形状态下的应变传播规律,并针对这两种胀形状态,提出分别使用几何"应变集中"和物理"分叉失稳"等两种不同判据确定胀形塑性失稳的方法。Using non-linear FEM software Marc, numerical analysis of stretching limit for Al-Mg-Si based alloy auto body sheets was carried out by means of making up virtual stretching facilities with rigid hemispherical punch and various strain paths, strains disseminating behaviors were analyzed and summarized under "tension-tension" and "tensioncompression" strain states, and one method was proposed, i. e. , in order to determine critical point of stretching instability, the "stain concentration" geometrical phenomenon might be used as criterion under "tension-tension" strain state and "branch destabilization" physical phenomenon might be used as criterion under "tension-compression" strain state.
