摘 要:针对斜轧钢质高翅片管变形机理研究相对落后的问题,通过Pro/E的曲面建模功能建立了轧辊的三维实体几何模型。利用DEFORM-3D软件,采用三维刚-塑性有限元法对斜轧钢质高翅片管进行了数值模拟。分析了轧件变形区的应力、应变场分布,得到了斜轧钢质高翅片管的成形规律。该研究成果为斜轧钢质高翅片管的深入研究提供了理论依据。The mechanistic study of high finned steel tube deformation is laggard in present situation. A three-dimensional entity model of the roll was established by Pro/E. The three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method and DEFORM-3D analysis software were used to numerically simulate the forming process of high finned steel tubes. The stress and strain distributions were analyzed by this simulation. Finally the forming process rule of high finned steel tubes during skew rolling was concluded. The rule provides theoretical basis for further study of skew rolling high finned steel tubes.
