摘  要:借助有限元分析软件Abaqus/Explicit建立了中型H型钢连轧过程的有限元模型,通过截面控制技术实现了连轧过程的有限元模拟,着重分析了型钢热连轧过程中轧件金属的流动情况和变形规律。分析表明,由于变形条件不同,H型钢万能轧制腹板与翼缘变形不太一致,并且腹板与翼缘连接处金属变形最为复杂,轧边机轧制时主要对翼缘端部压下,制定规程时应以万能轧制时为主。研究为H型钢的轧制工艺、改进产品质量、合理制定万能压下规程提供了依据和参考。With the aid of FEM software Abaqus/Explicit, the FEM model of hot continuous H-beam rolling process was built and the simulation was finished through section control technique. Based on simulation result, the flow and deformation of blank metal in the stable rolling phase were discussed. The analysis shows that metal will flow inward along the surface of H-Beam groove, deformations in web and flange is different, and deformation in conjunction of web and flange is the most complex; the edge mills mainly work on the flange edge, therefore, the universal mills should be taken as the first priority when rolling plans are made. The references were given to the rolling mill practice.
