摘  要:开关磁阻数控伺服电机驱动的螺旋压力机存在能量系统设计问题。以电机呈双峰三角形功率输出为依据,提出开关磁阻数控伺服电机功率的计算方法,说明电机轴等效总转动惯量的设计计算公式,并给出2.5~100MN吨位的能量系统设计数据。试验和应用表明,该设计方法解决了此设备的能量系统设计问题,对设备生产制造起重要指导作用。The problem of energy system design existed in screw presses driven by servo switched reluctance motor with numerical control. According to the motor power output in double-apices triangle, the calculation method of the power of the servo switched reluctance motor with numerical control was proposed. The design and calculation formula of to- tal rotation inertia equivalent to motor axis were explained. The design data of the energy system for the 2.5 - 100 MN equipments were given. Indicated by the experiment and the application, the method solves the problem of the energy system design of the equipment, and has an important effect on the equipment manufacture.
