摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法对近几个赛季CBA联赛中"问题外援"频繁出现的原因进行探讨与分析,并就该问题的解决提出了把握引进关、建立球员档案、给予外援更多人文关怀与提高本土球员能力,减少对外援过分依赖等相关的建议。The paper adopts methods of documentation and expert interview to discuss and analyze the cause of frequent emergence of ＂troubled foreign player＂ in the recent CBA league seasons. According the question, some related solutions have been put forward in the paper, such as controlling the introduction of foreign player, setting up the files of foreign player, giving foreign players more humanistic care, improving the capacity of local players and reducing excessive reliance on foreign player.
