摘 要:选用纳米SiO2作为消光剂,用硬脂酸进行亲油改性,与丙烯酸树脂、脂肪酸醇酸树脂复合,制备了纳米复合地板漆。测定了其透明性、耐磨性和摆杆硬度。结果表明:添加4%(质量分数)的纳米SiO2,涂膜的耐磨性提高了100%以上,可见光平均透过率大于90%,摆杆硬度平均提高了50%。In this work a novel composite paint for floor coating with nano-SiO2 was prepared by a recombination of octadecanoie acid, acroleic acid resin and fatty acid modified alkyd resin. In the composite coating the nano-SiO2was used as a delustering agent and the oetadecanoic acid was for the improvement of its hyrophibicity. The composite coating was tested at various conditions and its properties such as transparency of visible lights, abrasive resistance and (swinging beam ) stiffness were measured. It was found that with the addition of 4.0 % wt. nano-SiO2 the abrasive resistance increases 100%, the transparency of visible lights increases 90% and the stiffness enhances about 50%. It was shown that the composite paint with nano-SiO2 could be used to improve the quality of the paints for floor coating.
