摘  要:目前在合成革领域亟待解决的问题是合成革在耐水解老化方面与天然皮革的差距还比较明显。采用自行研制的耐水解聚氨酯树脂,开发出一种组织结构类似真皮,能够提高合成革耐用性的高档聚氨酯合成革。性能分析结果表明:所研究的产品具有耐水解老化性能好,强度高,耐低温,耐磨等优良的物理机械性能,同时手感柔韧,弹性佳,耐用性好,尤其适用于做高档运动鞋、时尚休闲鞋的材料。At present the urgently problem in synthetic leather field is the distinct difference of hydrolysis resistance ability between synthetic leather and savageness leather. A new high hydrolysis resistance polyurethane synthetic leather was synthesized from self-developed hydrolysis resistance polyurethane resin. Its properties of physics and mechanical performances were determinated. The results showed that peeling strength,tearing strength,low temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance and abrasion resistance properties were much better than traditional synthetic leather and savageness leather. Especially the hydrolysis resistance property was 6-10 times more than the traditional synthetic leather.
