摘  要:目的观测肝蒂内主要结构在肝门附近的形态结构及分布。方法选取15例成人肝标本,用游标卡尺和不锈钢直尺等进行有关数据的测量,所得数据用SPSSl0.0软件进行统计学分析。结果肝门附近肝蒂内主要结构的毗邻关系主要为肝左、右管在前,肝固有动脉左、右支居中,肝门静脉左、右支在后;左、右肝管汇合处最高,门静脉分叉处次之,肝左、右动脉分叉处最低,并且上述结构分成相应分支后,在肝门处的横沟、脐静脉窝分别进入左右半肝内。结论进行肝门部手术时,熟悉掌握肝蒂内肝门静脉、肝动脉、肝管在肝门附近的解剖结构、形态学测量数据和变异情况,对设计合理的手术方法有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe the structure's major branches. Methods morphology observation and clinical significance of the hepatic pedicle 15 cases of adult liver specimens were Selected, using vernier caliper and stainless steel ruler to carry out the relevant data such as measurement. Results Near the hepatic hilar pedicle adjacent to the main structure of the relationship between the liver mainly the left and right tube in the former, the left hepatic artery, right branch center, hepatic portal vein of left and right branch in the latter; the left and right hepatic duct confluence highest in sub - portal Fork Service times, the liver right and left artery bifurcation the lowest, and the above - mentioned structure is divided into the corresponding branch, after hilar transverse Dept. trenches, respectively, into the umbilical vein nest around half the liver. Conclusion Door liver surgery, the liver pedicle in familiar with the hepatic portal vein, hepatic artery, hepatic duct near the door in the liver anatomy, morphological measurements and variation of the design there is a reasonable method of operation of important clinical significance.
