摘 要:针对光纤延迟线的高精度的要求,基于光开关和光纤,设计了光纤延迟线的拓扑结构,分析了光纤连接误差和光开关误差对延迟线精度的影响,本文提出了一种减小光开关状态误差的方法。在Matlab的环境下,计算出所有可能的拓扑结构以及相对应的误差值。通过设定条件选出最小的误差值所对应的拓扑结构,并用于高精度光纤延迟线的设计。仿真证明,采用优化的拓扑结构,当开关误差小于1ps时,延迟误差优于2ps。用磁光开关和单模光纤构建了5bit光纤延迟线,经过测量,实验结果表明当步进为100ps时,误差优于2.98ps。Based on optical switch and fiber, the topologic structure of optical fiber delay line was designed. The influence of errors caused by optical fiber connection and the optical switch on precision of optical fiber delay line was analyzed. In order to design the optical fiber delay line of high precision, the method was found to reduce the error caused by optical switch. Optimal topologic structure was adopted, the software MATLAB was used to figure out all the results and the best structure would be found. The simulation result shows that, when the error of optical switch is less than 1 ps, the precision of optical fiber delay line is below 2 ps. Magneto optical switches and single-mode fiber were used to build 5bit optical fiber delay line. Experimental measuring results show that, when the step length is 100ps, the precision of the fiber delay line is better than 2.98 ps.
