摘　　要：将单片机技术、红外线光电技术应用于链条生产的质量在线检测中。并根据链条的结构特点，设计了特殊的红外线光电检测头和微机检测装置，成功地将链条生产中最常见的质量问题，即缺片、缺滚子的故障鉴别出来。开发了一套有效地防抖动的软件计数方法，能准确、实时地记录合格链条的长度。The technology of single chip computer and infrared ray photoelectricity are used to detect the quality of chain in production. According to the characteristic of chain, the authors designed special infrared ray photolectric detecting head and microcomputer detecting device which can identify common the faults such as missing chain chip or missing chain roller successfully. A software method against the pulse tremble has been developed, which can accurately record the length of chain that is up to standard.
