摘　　要：史昭总领一方行政与军事三十五年,保塞抚番,维护西陲安宁,并注重这一地区经济文化的发展,其施政政策多有首创,为明初西北地区开发作出了重大贡献。Shi Zhao, an executor and successful official in Northwest China frontier with the fame of the longest service and distinguished achievements in the wars, has managed the local administrative and military affairs for 35 years. He protects the border area of China and maintains the stability and safety. In addition, Shi Zhao focuses on the economic and cultural development of the area. He issues many effective and creative policies which make great contribution to exploit of northwest in China in Ming Dynasty.
