活血通脉胶囊对急性心肌缺血缺氧的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通脉胶囊对实验性心肌缺血、缺氧的保护效应。方法:用垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察活血通脉胶囊对心电图T波的影响;用异丙肾上腺素皮下注射致小鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察活血通脉胶囊对小鼠存活时间的影响,在常压和减压条件下,观察缺氧时对小鼠存活时间的影响。结果:活血通脉胶囊组与模型组相比,可以显著改善心电图缺血性改变(P<0.05),其高、低剂量组均能延长小鼠平均存活时间,降低心肌耗氧量。结论:活血通脉胶囊可以有效改善冠脉循环,保护缺血心肌,延长小鼠成活时间。Objective ：To investigate the pharmacological action of Huoxuetongmai Capsules against myocardial ischemia. Methods： The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established with pituitrin. The effect of Huoxuetongmai Capsules on the electrocardiogram T-wave of acute myocardial ischemia was investigated. The mice model of myocardial ischemia was established with subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline （ISO）.The mean survival time was observed. Under ordinary and reduced pressure in mice, the survival time was also observed. Results ：As compared with the model group, Huoxuetongmai Capsules could obviously improve the ischemia electrocardiogram T-wave （P〈0.05）, the high-and low-dose groups of mice were able to extend average survival time, reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption. Conclusion ：Huoxuetongmai Capsules can effectively improve circulation of coronary artery ,protect ischemic myocardium and increase the ability of antistress in mice with acute myocardial anoxia.
