摘 要:目的:探讨消化不良患者中功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)和器质性消化不良(organic dyspepsia,OD)的临床特点。方法:以病史采集的方式询问160例经胃镜证实的OD和FD患者的消化不良症状,并分析各组症状与进餐之间的关系。结果:OD和FD分别占45%和55%。FD病例多见于<50岁的患者(P<0.05),FD病例表现的上腹饱胀、嗳气等症状计分明显高于OD(P<0.05),OD病例表现的上腹痛症状则明显高于FD组(P<0.05)。OD病例出现临床症状以空腹为主,而FD病例出现临床症状以餐后为主。结论:根据消化不良的临床特征可判断FD和OD,FD病例的消化不良症状可能主要与动力障碍相关,而OD病例的消化不良症状则可能主要与胃酸相关。Objective :To analyze the clinical features of functional dyspepsia (FD) and organic dyspepsia (OD). Methods :To inquire about the dyspeptic symptoms of OD and FD in 160 patients confirmed by endoscopy and to analyze the relationship between symptoms and dinner. Results:OD occupied by 45% ,and FD occupied by 55%. The age of patients with FD was less than 50 years old (P〈 0.05). The score of abdominal distension and belch in FD was higher than that in OD (P〈0.05),and the upper abdominal pain in OD was higher than that in FD (P〈0.05). The clinical symptoms in OD were present mainly before dinner and the clinical symptoms in FD were present mainly after dinner. Conclusion:OD can be distinguished from FD according to the clinical features of dyspepsia.The dyspeptic symptoms of FD is probably related to dynamic obstacle ,and the dyspeptic symptoms of OD is probably related to gastric acid.
