斯帕丰联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨斯帕丰(间苯三酚)联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产的疗效。方法:应用斯帕丰联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产,并与单独使用斯帕丰和黄体酮胶囊作对照,观察患者阴道流血和下腹疼痛情况,治疗前后了解孕妇体内孕酮水平变化,对先兆流产疗效进行判断。结果:应用斯帕丰联合黄体酮胶囊治疗黄体功能不全先兆流产,可以在较短的时间内控制患者阴道流血和下腹疼痛的症状;明显的改善孕妇体内孕酮水平(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性;联合用药治疗先兆流产的有效率明显高于单用斯帕丰和黄体酮胶囊(P<0.05)。结论:斯帕丰联合黄体酮胶囊是治疗先兆流产安全有效的药物,可以在临床上推广联合用药。Objective ：To confirm the clinical effect of spasfon and Progesterone Capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion with luteal phase defect in order to provide the evidence for clinical management. Methods： 122 pregnant women with threatened abortion were randomly grouped into 3 groups. Oral spasfon and Progesterone Capsules were given to the experimental group. The other two groups with single use of spasfon and Progesterone Capsules were as control. Vaginal bleeding, subabdominal pain were observed, serum proges- terone were measured before and after 3-time treatment and the curative effects were evaluated. Results：Spasfon combined Progesterone Capsules for treating threatened abortion with luteal phase defect could control vaginal bleeding and subabdominal pain in short time, improve the serum progesterone obviousty with significant difference compared with the control groups （P〈0.05）. The effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control groups （P〈0.05）. Conelusion：Spasfon combined Progesterone Capsules is effective for treating threatened abortion and worthy to be popularized in clinic.
