餐饮业服务员非婚性行为及影响因素研究  

STUDY ON NON-SPOUSE SEXUAL BEHAVIOR AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS AMONG WORKERS IN RESTAURANTS

摘　　要：[目的]研究餐饮业服务员非婚性行为现状、影响因素及安全套使用情况,为今后开展性病、艾滋病干预提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法抽取包头市大中小10所饭店700名服务员,由经过统一培训的调查员采用独立自填式问卷形式进行。[结果]在648份有效问卷中,有55.9%人存在非婚性行为,其中同居发生率最高为51.2%,临时性行为发生率为22.5%、商业性行为发生率为13.9%,男性高于女性;不同性行为中男女安全套使用频率不同,但每次使用率均较低;通过多因素Logistic回归对16个变量进行分析发现,性别、是否给家里寄钱、对婚外性行为态度、周围人婚外性行为比例与临时性行为发生有关;年龄、性别、对婚外性行为态度、周围人婚外性行为比例与商业性行为发生有关。[结论]包头市餐饮业服务员非婚性行为发生率较高,安全套每次使用率较低,是性病、艾滋病感染的高危人群。故急需提高该人群的自我防护意识,减少高危性行为的发生,防止性病艾滋病的传播。[ Objective] To study current status and influencing factors of sexual behavior among non-spouse and the condom use among workers in restaurants, so as to provide scientific data for formulating STD and AIDS. [ Methods] With stratified sampling method, this survey using self-administrated questionnaire was conducted among 700 attending staffs in Baotou. [Resolts] The rate of non-spouse sexual behavior was 55.9%. The rates of cohabitation, temporary and commercial sexual behavior were 51.2%, 22.5% and 13.9%, respectively, and the rates among man were higher than those among women. The rates of condom use were different between men and women, and they were lower. By Logistic regression analysis of the multiple factors, we found that temporary sexual behavior was associated with sex, posted money, attitudes, proportion of sexual behaviors outside marriage and attitudes to sexual behaviors outside marriage. Commercial sexual behavior was correlated with sex, age, the proportion of sexual behaviors outside marriage and attitudes to sexual behaviors outside marriage. [Conclusion] The rate of non-spouse sexual behavior was higher, the rate of condom use was lower among workers in restaurants, these people have high risk of HIV. So they must strengthen the consciousness of self-protection and reduce high risk sexual behavior to prevent the transmission of STD and HIV.
