摘 要:[目的]研究复合式营养干预方法对血糖血脂控制的影响。[方法]根据纳入标准选择2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为复合式营养干预组(实验组)与单纯式营养干预组(对照组),各50人(男、女患者相同)。复合式营养干预组在药物治疗的同时,实施膳食干预-健康教育-定期检查的复合式营养干预,对照组患者在药物治疗的同时,给予与复合干预组内容相同的健康教育。[结果]6个月后,复合式营养干预组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白均比单纯式营养干预组有明显的下降(t=3.53,P﹤0.01和t=6.955,P﹤0.01)。[结论]对糖尿病患者实施复合式营养干预比单纯营养教育效果更为显著。[Objective ] To probe the influence of multiplex nutritional intervention on blood glucose, blood lipid of diabetic patients. [Methods] 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected according to the standard criteria, and randomized divided into 2 groups, including multiplex nutritional intervention group (intervention group) and simplex intervention group (control group). For intervention group, drugs and dietary intervention combined with nutrition education and physical examination were given to them everyday. For controls, drugs and nutrition education were performed to them. [ Results ] After intervention for six month, the value of blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in intervention group were signiticantly higher than those in the control group (t = 3.53, P〈 0.01 and t = 6.955, P〈 0.01). [Conclusion] The effect of multiplex nutritional intervention for patients with diabetes was better than that of simplex intervention group.
