松江区2007学年学生超重肥胖监测BMI法分析结果

摘　　要：[目的]了解松江区中小学生的超重肥胖状况,科学地指导学生超重肥胖防治工作。[方法]按有关标准对松江区2007学年松江区监测点学校进行身高、体重测量,并评价其超重肥胖状况。[结果]松江区中小学生超重肥胖各群体都表现为年龄越小,流行率越高;随着年龄的长大,流行率逐步下降。超重、肥胖都表明城男最高,农村女最低(χ2=429.85,P﹤0.01)。[结论]松江区预防控制学生超重肥胖重点应在小学生低年级。[ Objective ] To investigate the status of obesity and overweight the primary and middle school students of Songjiang District in shanghai, so as to provide scientific reference for formulating obesity and overweight prevention and eontrol for students. [ Methods] According the national standards, we monitored height and weight among students in 2007 in Songjiang District of Shanghai, and evaluated their status of overweight and obesity. [ Results] The study showed that incidence of overweight and obesity among the primary and nfiddle school students significantly increased with the decreasing of age （χ^2= 429.85, P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of overweight and obesity among urban male students showed to be the highest compared with others, while the incidence among rural female students revealed to be low. [Conclusion] The obesity and overweight prevention and control should be concentrated in low grade primary students.
