南充市戒毒所吸毒人群STD监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解南充市吸毒人员中性传播疾病(STD)感染情况,为卫生部门和全社会有效干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]6年时间对2196名吸毒人员进行STD感染调查。[结果]2196人中,检出STD感染者114人,STD总感染率为5.19%。其中男性占68.48%,女性占31.52%,无业人员71.23%,外省籍占20.82%,女性STD感染率为8.20%,明显高于男性的4.44%(χ2=10.1,P﹤0.01)。以梅毒感染率最高(2.91%),其次是淋病(1.32%)、尖锐湿疣(0.5%)、生殖器疱疹(0.31%)、艾滋病毒(0.14%)。[结论]吸毒人员中,尤其是外来吸毒人员,是STD感染高危人群,要通过有效途径遏制STD传播,干预的重点是落实安全套的"百分之百"使用和静脉吸毒时一人一次的一次性注射器使用。[Objective] To investigate prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） among drag users in Nanchong, and provide scientific basis of effective interventions for the health department and the whole society. [Methoods] 2196 drug addicts were investigated about the STD infection situation in recent six years. [Results] Among 2196 people investigated, 114 people were infected with STD, and the total infection rate of STD was 5.19%. Among them, the infection rate of male was 68.48%, the infection rate of male was 31.52%; The infection rate of unemployed men was 71.23% and the infection rate of immigrates from other provinces was 48.2%. The infection rate of female was 8.20%, which was significantly higher than that among male with the rate of 4.44% （χ^2 = 10.1. P 〈 0.01 ）. The highest infection rate was syphilis （2.91%）, following by gonorrhea （1.32%） , condyloma aecuminatum （0.5%） , genital herpes （0.31%） , and acquired immune deficiency syndrome （0.14%）. [Conclusion] The drug addicts, especially immigrates, were the high-risk population. The effective way for controlling the infection of STD is to perform 100% condom use for the drug addicts and use disposable syringes fro intravenous drag addicts.
