麝香酮对局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型的保护作用及对BBB转运功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香酮对脑缺血后再灌流期间血脑屏障及神经行为学、脑体比值、脑组织含水量、组织病理学改变的影响。方法:采用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流损伤实验模型,以神经行为学、脑组织含水量、脑体比值、脑组织含水量、病理组织学检查、血脑屏障通透性为指标。结果:与模型对照组比较,局灶性脑缺血1h再复灌3d后,应用麝香酮的各组动物神经行为学、脑体比值、脑组织含水量、组织病理学改变和血脑屏障通透性均得到改善。结论:麝香酮对脑缺血后脑水肿、血脑屏障通透性加大、脑体比值和脑组织含水量增加、病理组织改变等病理性损伤具有保护作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of muskone on blood brain barrier, neuroethology, the ratio of the brain to body, hydrated amount of brain tissue, the changes of histopathology. Methods：The CMAO model was used in rats, and these indexs include neurocthology, hydrated amount of brain tissue, the ratio of the brain to body , histopathology examination, and permeability of BBB. Results ： Compared to the model control group, these indexs, as neuroethology, hydrated amount of brain tissue, the ratio of the brain to body , histopathology examination, and permeability of BBB ,are all improved in muskone groups on the third day of reperfusion after 1 hour of focal cerebral ischemia induced by CMAO model. Conclusion ： Muskone is beneficial to pathological injuries such as cerebral edema, the permeability of blood brain barrier enlarging, the ratio of the brain to body and hydrated amount of brain tissue increasing, and the changes of pathohistology and so on after cerebral ischemia.
