摘 要:在测试了大量织物试样基础上,对比分析了PTT/棉轻薄高密织物的形状回复性能。结果表明,轻薄高密PTT/棉织物在压力5 N/cm2、温度(35±2)℃的"手摸式"作用下,其形状回复率为60%左右,与XLA包芯纱棉织物的形状回复性相当,低于全聚酯高密织物;经水洗处理后,PTT/棉织物的形状回复率都有不同程度的提高;而同种织物采用不同的整理工艺后,其经纬向形状回复性均有所降低。The shape recovery of fine count light-weight PTT/cotton fabrics was investigated on the base of the large number of representative lab ries. It was found that, the shape recovery of PTT/cotton fabrics could reach 60% or so at the condition of the pressure 5 N/cm^2 and the temperature (35±2) ℃, which was similar as XLA core yarn fabric, but less than polymer high density fabrics. The shape recovery of PTT/cotton fabrics seems to be better after washed five times, and the shape recovery appears to decline with the different finishing processes.
