硫喷妥钠对惊厥家兔定量药物脑电图β频段的影响

摘　　要：目的观察硫喷妥钠对惊厥家兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)β频段的影响。方法成年家兔16只,雌雄不限,随机分为两组,兔耳缘静脉注射士的宁0.25mg/kg以造模,强直惊厥出现后立即静脉注射生理盐水(NS组)0.5mL或硫喷妥钠(SP组)3mg/kg。应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析技术,分析两组家兔注射药物前后QPEEG枕区β频段功率的变化。结果与基础值相比,惊厥时(1～5min)β频段功率百分比显著升高(P<0.01),与NS组相比,SP组β频段功率百分比在1～5min内显著降低(P<0.01),其后开始增高,10min后与NS组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫喷妥钠对惊厥家兔OPEEGβ频段有影响,能够对抗士的宁诱发的惊厥,且作用迅速短暂,作为临床难治性惊厥持续状态的紧急用药有一定价值。Objective To observe the effect of thiopental on β-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalogram （QPEEG） in convulsion rabbits. Methods Sixteen rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Strychnine 0.25 mg/kg were given intravenously in these rabbits to induce convulsion. Sodium chloride （NS group）0.5 mL or thiopental （SP group） 3 mg/kg were given intravenously immediately whenever convulsion occurred. QPEEG were used to analyze the effect of thiopental. Results Compared with the baseline, the percentage of β-band power of QPEEG increased significantly after 1-5 rain of convulsion （P〈0.01）. Compared with NS group, the percentage of β-band power of SP group decreased significantly after 1-5 min of convulsion （P〈0.01）. The percentage of β-band power had no difference in both group after 10min of convulsion （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Thiopental can against convulsion induced by strychnine and the effect of which is fast and transient.
