摘　　要：针对基本农田保护规划项目的具体需求,运用MapInfo软件良好的数据管理功能及Excel简单实用的数据处理方法,将二者集成应用到项目中。将MapInfo属性数据导入到Excel表中,并对其进行编辑操作,最后将Excel中编辑好的数据无格式地转换到MapInfo中。利用MapInfo的专题图制作功能完成对基本农田保护规划专题图的制作。研究表明,该技术的运用为GIS空间数据管理和数据维护提供一种便捷、高效的操作手段。This paper integrated Maplnfo and Excel to complete project in considering the excellent spatial ＆ attribute management function of MapInfo and the terseness ＆ utility of data processing methods of Excel with the requirements ofprimary farmland planning and preservation project. At the beginning, importing the structure table of MapInfo attribute data to the Excel sheet; then editing and updating this attribute data in Excel; exporting Excel data which with no character set conversion to MapInfo. The function of making thematic map can finish the production in MapInfo. It is concluded that such a way is a convenient and high efficiency means for both spatial data management and data updating in GIS.
