摘　　要：简述了TOFD技术的发展以及该技术与常规超声波检测的区别,给出了TOFD检测的一般工艺流程,并结合实际操作,说明了该技术的重要用途。对TOFD技术对缺陷精确定量进行了简要说明,并列举了部分典型缺陷的图像,对该技术的前景做出了肯定。The development of time of flight diffraction （TOFD） technique and the difference between TOFD technique and ul- trasonic wave technique were introduced, and the general detection process of TOFD was analyzed. The important application of TOFD was analyzed based on actual detection operation. Quantitative description of defect using TOFD was carried out through typical images of defects and the positive prospects for TOFD was made.
