摘 要:消费者知情权旨在消除经营者和消费者信息不对称给消费者带来的不利。电子商务环境下的消费者仍然享有知情权,但是,由于网络交易是一种非面对面的交易,在经营者不提供信息或者不提供完整信息的情况下,在线消费者的知情权就很难实现。因此,应对电子商务环境下消费者的知情权予以特殊保护。保护的措施应包括这样几个方面:转变消费者的信息获取方式、确立经营者的在线信息披露义务、明确C2C交易中自然人的经营者身份、建立电子商务经营者的信誉评价机制。The fights of being informed on the part of consumers are to ensure that disadvantages,brought to consumers for the imbalance of information offered to producers and consumers,can be scrapped.Under the circumstance of e-commerce,consumers are still entitled to the fights of being informed.However,the rights of on-line consumers are hard to be protected when producers don't offer information or offer just partial information as e-commerce transaction is not face-to-face one.So,tbe rights of being informed on the part of consumers under the circumstance of e-commerce should be protected in a special means.Measures for protections should include:to transfer information acquisition manner on the part of consumers,to promise producers" online information disposition obligations,to confirm the third-part person managing status in the process of C2C,and to establish appraisal assessment mechanism for managing e-commerce persons.
