摘  要:目的观察电针关元穴对脊髓不完全损伤大鼠膀胱尿动力学的影响。方法采用重物坠落法建立大鼠脊髓不完全损伤模型,术后相应组别每日电针关元及其对照穴天枢。造模后,每日按压大鼠腹部协助排尿,并记下膀胱挤压排尿量;2周后,行尿动力学检查。结果与模型组比较,电针关元治疗组可降低脊髓不完全损伤大鼠膀胱挤压排尿量(P<0.05,P<0.01),尿动力学分析可增加恢复期膀胱内压、降低膀胱容量、提升排尿效率(P<0.05,P<0.01),但电针天枢对照组则无此效。结论电针关元可改善脊髓不完全损伤大鼠排尿功能,促进下尿道功能恢复。Objective To observe the effect of electro - acupuncturing Guanyuan Point on urodynamic alteration in rats with incomplete spi- nal cord injury. Method The rat model of incomplete spinal cord injury (ISCI) was induced by weight drop contusion. Electro - acupuncturing Guanyuan Point was performed daily after ISCI and the expressed urine volume was recorded. Lower urinary tract function was evaluated urodynamically at 2 weeks after injury. ReSults Compared with model group, EA at Guanyuan group (CV4) reduced pressing urination volume of rats with imcomplete spinal cord injury (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and, as shown with urodynamical analysis, increased resting intravesical pressure, decreased bladder volume and improved voiding efficiency (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ), whereas no similar effect was observed in that of EA at Tianshu (ST 25) control group. Conclusion Electro - acupuncturing Guanyuan Point could improve the lower urinary tract function of rat with ISCI.
