摘　　要：目的观察通乳丹对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102系列菌株基因回变菌落的影响,对其遗传安全性进行研究。方法采用直接平皿掺入技术,设通乳丹不同剂量对TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102系列菌株进行体外染毒,观察其回复突变菌落增长状况。结果在150-400mg/皿浓度下,并在-S9测试系统条件下,其作用的TA97、TA98、TA100测试菌株的回变菌落数与溶剂对照相比有明显增加,且成剂量-反应关系。结论通乳丹药液在本试验所确定的150-400mg/皿剂量范围内,初步认为对TA97、TA98、TA100系列测试菌株有一定的致DNA碱基置换及移码突变性。Objective To observe the effect of Tong Ru Dan on TA bacterial reverse mutation to open out its genetic toxicity. Methods Through mixing into utensil directly, we probe into TA bacterial reverse mutation in vitro under the intervention of Tong Ru Dan in different doses, and observe the DNA variety of TA bacteria. Results Detected by S9 testing system and in the concentration of 150.0 -400. 0mg per utensil, total count of reverse mutation bacteria increased significantly compared to controls, according with dose - effect relation. Conclusion Tong Ru Dan could lead to DNA base substitution and frameshift mutation for TA97, TA98, TA100 bacteria in the concentration of 150.0 - 400.0mg per utensil.
