摘　　要：目的观察中药复方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠的生殖内分泌及糖代谢的影响,为复方中药治疗PCOS模型大鼠提供初步实验依据。方法用Poresky法诱导多囊卵巢综合征大鼠,并用中药复方干预,观察对造模后大鼠一般情况、体重、阴道细胞涂片的影响,同时研究血清性激素、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素的变化。结果造模大鼠经中药干预治疗后,大鼠体重减轻,血清T、LH、FINS水平下降,中药干预组与病理模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药补肾化痰祛瘀治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可以减轻或改善PCOS模型大鼠的症状和体征。Objective To observe the influence of the Chinese medicine on improving reproduction - endocrine system and the sugar metabolism of PCOS model rats,and to provide primary experimental supports for Chinese medicine to treat PCOS. Method The rat PCOS model was induced by Poresky method, then intervened by Chinese medicine. Their ordinary circumstances, the body weight, the vagina cell smear were observed. In the mean time, we studied the changes of serum sex - hormones, fasting blood glucose and insu//ne. Result Treated by Chinese medicine, the body weight, the serum level of T, LH and FINS of PCOS rats decreased. There existed significant differences between Chinese medicine - intervened group and model group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine could hghten or improve symptoms and signs of PCOS rats.
