摘  要:普通电流传感器的测量准确度只有3%~5%,难以满足高精度测量的要求。通过对电流传感器的等值电路及其相量图的研究,得出初级电流到次级电流转换过程中存在的误差及其产生原因,并分析了传统误差补偿方法的局限性。在此基础上,通过对电子补偿线路各个环节的设计,研制出一种利用有源电子线路跟踪激磁电流并进行补偿的小电流传感器,使其动态地接近"零磁通"状态。经测试可知,补偿起到了良好的效果,电流传感器的准确度明显提高,符合绝缘设备在线监测对电流传感器的要求。The accuracy of the common current sensor is only 3%-5% and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the high-precision measurement.Through the study of the current sensor's equivalent circuit and phasor diagram, the error and its causes exiting in the conversion process of first current and secondary current are arrived.The limitations of the traditional error compensation methods are analyzed.On this basis through the design of all aspects in electronic compensation circuits,a type of low current sensor is developed which can track the variation of magnetizing current and compensate it by active electronic circuit to assure the magnetic core working in zero flux condition.The performance test shows that the compensation gets satisfactory results, the accuracy of the current sensor is improved and it meets the requirements for online monitoring of the insulation equipments.
