摘　　要：针对传统微波炉电源变换器的不足,研究了一种新型微波炉电源ZVS软开关高频变换器,详细分析了该变换器的工作原理和整个工作过程,以及该变换器的功率调节特性。样机实验证明,该变换器实现了开关管零电压开关(ZVS)的软开关功能,减小了开关损耗,实现了变换器的高频化,提高了变换效率,更便于调节输出功率。A novel ZVS soft-switching high frequency inverter for microwave oven power supply is analyzed against the disadvantage of the traditional microwave oven power supply.The principle of the inverter and its operating process are introduced and power regulation characteristics of the inverter are analyzed.The experimental results verify the main characteristics of this converter with zero-voltage soft switching, low switching loss and high frequency.The efficiency is improved and the output power is regulated expediently.
