改良式90度手术侧卧位摆置方法的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察改良式90度侧卧位安置方法引起的体位相关并发症发生率以及对护理人员工作效率的影响。方法:将100例90度侧卧位手术患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对实验组进行改良式90度侧卧位的安置方法,对照组则用传统的方法,比较两组患者术后因侧卧位引起的并发症发生率及护理人员摆置体位时的体力强度及参与人数。结果:实验组手术患者因90度侧卧位引起的并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05),操作者安置体位所用劳动强度和参与人数也明显小于对照组。结论:改良式90度侧卧位摆置方法能有效减少手术患者因体位引起的并发症,且有效提高手术室护理人员的工作效率。Objective： To observe the effects of modified 90 - degree angle lateral decubitus on complications incidence of patients and efficiency of nursing staff. Method： One hundred patients underwent side decubitus operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in experimental group were treated with modified 90 - degree angle lateral decubitus, and patients in control group were treated with traditional lateral decubitus. The complications incidence of patients and work intensity and participative number of nursing staff were observed. Result： Compared with control group,the complications incidence of patients was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the work intensity and participative number of nursing staff in experimental group was also lower. Conclusion： The modified 90 - degree angle lateral decubitus can effectively reduce the complications incidence of patients, and enhance the efficiency of nursing staff.
