摘　　要：目的:分析多潘立酮不良反应的发生规律与各因素的关系,以供临床参考。方法:查阅期刊全文数据库1994年至2008年间有关多潘立酮不良反应74例,对所涉及患者性别、年龄、累及部位及临床症状等进行分类统计并加以分析。结果:多潘立酮所致的不良反应主要表现在中枢神经系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、皮肤系统等。结论:临床应重视多潘立酮的ADR,注意合理用药,减少不良反应的发生。Objective： To analyze the and related factors adverse reactions caused by domperidone. Method： The full text access to journals periodicals library on the years 1994 -2008 on 74 cases domperidone of adverse reactions for patients involve in sex, age ,involving the location and classification of clinical symptoms were analyzed statistics. Result： Domperidone -induced adverse reactions mainly manifested in the central nervous system, endocrine system, respiratory system, urinary system, skin system. Conclusion： The clinical importance of domperidone ADR should be strengthened, the attention to rational drug use, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
