摘 要:研究ZAlSi7Mg1合金砂型铸造时细晶料对其组织和性能的遗传效应。首先通过对比分析砂型铸锭和金属型铸锭重熔后,于砂型中浇注试样的组织和力学性能,证明了组织的遗传性。然后利用10%的ZAlSi7Mg1液态压锻细晶料,证明其对砂型铸件组织和性能的遗传作用。最后同时研究加入5%与10%的ZAlSi7Mg1的压锻细晶料对组织遗传性和压锻细晶料保温时间对组织的影响。结果表明,向ZAlSi7Mg1合金溶液中加入10%的压锻细晶料保温20min,可以有效的细化砂型铸件组织。The effect of fine-grain materials on the heredity of ZAlSi7Mg1 alloy during sand mold casting was studied. The microstructural heredity was verified by the microstructure and mechanical properties of samples prepared by remelting and casting in sand mold and permonent mold, and then the heredity effect of microstructure and mechanical properties of sand casting was proved utilizing 10 wt% ZAlSi7Mg1 ingot with fine grains produced by liquid metal forging, Finally the effect of 5 wt% and 10 wt% forged fine ZALSiTMgl, the fine grain structure and holding time on the heredity was studied. The results show that 10 wt% forged fine grains addition into the molten ZAlSi7Mg1 holding for 20 min can refine the microstructure of sanf casting effectively.
