摘  要:采用PROCAST软件对镁合金压铸模具的温度场及热应力场进行了数值模拟,选取实际生产中容易出现裂纹的部位进行模拟结果分析,得出此区域在不同压铸工艺条件下热应力的变化情况。结果表明,浇注温度越高,模具易出现裂纹的部位表层热应力越大;预热温度越高,模具表层的温度梯度越小。根据模拟结果,选择浇注温度为650℃,模具预热温度为220℃,生产验证结果,模具寿命较之前的工艺参数有所提高。The temperature field and thermal stress field of magnesium alloy mould by die-casting were simulated by PROCAST. A typical cross-section on which cracks appeared in practice was selected. According to the simulation results, the thermal stress parameters of the research region in different process were obtained. The results show that the higher pouring temperature is, the larger thermal stress is. But the mould surface temperature gradient is small when the pre-heated temperature is high. The results show that mould life prolong when the pouring temperature is 650℃ and the pre-heated temperature is 220℃ are clarified and validated with known predictions and production.
