摘　　要：论述了熔模石膏型真空增压铸造技术工艺过程和技术原理,介绍了利用该工艺生产的典型复杂、高致密、高气密性铝合金铸件。熔模石膏型真空增压铸造技术具有保证铸件优良的表面质量和高的尺寸精度,并且还具有提高合金的充型能力、改善铸件的内在质量的优点,适合于质量要求严、复杂程度高的铸件,尤其适合高致密、高气密性铝合金铸件。The principle and process of investment plaster mould vacuum pressurizing casting technique are reviewed and the manufacturing process of complicated aluminum castings with high density and high air tightness is introduced. The technology can assure better surface quality and high dimensional precision and increase the filling ability of the alloy and improve inner quality of the castingvas well, so it can be adopted for the manufacture of the casting with better quality and extreme complexity, especially for high integrity and high gas-tight aluminum castings.
