摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定维生素E搽剂中维生素E含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相为甲醇-水(98∶2),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果:线性范围为0.025～0.200 mg/ml,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.80%,RSD为0.5%。结论:HPLC法测定维生素E搽剂中维生素E的含量,方法准确可靠,简单可行,可用于维生素E搽剂中维生素E的含量测定。Objective： To establish the HPLC method for content determination of Vitamin E in Vitamin E Liniment. Methods：SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 column （4.6 mm×150 mm） was used; mobile phase was methanol-water （98：2） with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min; the detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Results：There was a good linearity in the rang of 0.025- 0.200 mg/ml （r=0.999 9）; the average recovery was 98.80% with RSD of 0.5%. Conclusion：The method estalished in the paper is accurate and reliable, simple and feasible, and it can be used for the content determination of Vitamin E in Vitamin E Liniment.
