苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效和安全性。方法:原发性高血压54例,以苯磺酸氨氯地平5 mg每日1次,口服治疗,共6周。结果:显效42.6%,有效51.9%,总有效率94.5%;降压作用持久稳定,治疗前后血尿常规,血糖、血脂、肝肾功能均无显著改变;少数病例出现轻度不良反应,但均能耐受继续治疗。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平适用于所有原发性高血压患者的治疗,降压持久,安全有效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficiency and safety of amlodipine besylate in treating patients with essential hypertensive. Methods： Fifty-four patients with essential hypertensive were treated with amlodipine besylate 5 mg po, pd, for 6 weeks. Results： Remarkable response was 42.6%, general response was 51.9%, and total response rate was 94.5%. The effect of amlodipine besylate in lowering the patients＇ blood pressure was sustained and steady, with no obvious changes observed in the routine tests of urine and blood, blood sugar, blood lipids, and liver and kidney function. Mild adverse reactions were observed in a few patients, which, however, could receive treatment continuously. Conclusions： Amlodipine besylate is a safe and effective drug for treating all patients with essential hypertensive, with a lasting blood pressure-lowering effectiveness.
