摘　　要：介绍了水利枢纽工程施工中,在施工质量、进度、安全及现场管理方面,采用了哪些措施,通过总结、实践检验,完善了管理体系及管理制度,使工程质量、工程安全、工程进度及现场管理均满足建设要求.In this paper,the measures of controling the construction quality, progress, safety and on-- site management applied in the water--control project construction were introduced. Through generali- zing the experience and practice, the management system is improved and the construction quality, pro- gress, safety and on --site management were all meet the construction requirements.
