摘　　要：平均指标有赖于标志变异指标的支撑.割裂两者现象在非统计专业领域较为常见,常常造成社会公众对平均指标的误读,进而怀疑统计工作整体.阐述了标志变动指标应象"影子"一样伴随平均指标的使用.此项任务唯有统计界业内人士共同努力,方能完成.The average index is supportted by the variable index. It is hackneyed that dissevers them on the unstatistician major domain. It often makes the public misunderstanding in the average index and the whole statistical work. This article try to explain that the variable index is like a ＂reflection＂ for the av- erage index when it is used. Only by working hard with everyone on the statistician major can we succeed in this task.
