摘 要:超量恢复规律名存实难应用。为将可供实践之用的超量恢复区间理论服务于国家女子水球队2008奥运攻关课题,本课题组在已创建的糖酵解供能超量恢复区间理论的基础上,运用(1-5)×36h超量恢复区间呈正叠加过程(真超量恢复区间)的研究成果,连续一周对四川省女子水球队进行大负荷训练的应用研究。结果:经过一周大负荷训练,运动员的运动能力、糖酵解供能能力明显上升,血睾酮5×36h恢复组(81.47±12.57ng/dl)明显高于安静对照组(52.25±13.15ng/dl)等。结论:应用超量恢复区间理论连续一周大运动量训练,能有效提高运动能力、竞技状态和糖酵解供能能力,为第7、8、9天的比赛提供超量体能储备;为小周期训练和赛前体能调整探索了新的训练方法。Supercompensation rule always objectively exists, but it is difficult to apply. TO explore the new theory and law of supercompensation theory for the State women's water polo team. Aiming at this, on the basis of the existing research result that (1 -5)×36h intervals after sports training under the condition of glucolysis' supplying energy showing positive superimposition process, research on Sichuan woman' s water polo team for one week. Results: After a week of the training, athletes exercise capacity and glycolysis for the capability increase. Blood testosterone in 5×36h restoration group (81.47±12.57) was significantly higher than that of quiet control group (52.25±13.15). Conclusions: Application of Supercompensation Intervals for a week exercise training can improve exercise capacity, to provide physical competitive state and glycolytic capacity for 7,8,9 days.to explore the new theory and law for small training cycle and physical adjustment.
