摘 要:目的调查医院集中空调通风系统微生物污染现状,为加强其卫生管理提供技术依据。方法抽检某综合医院的病房区、候诊区、会议室的集中空调通风管道系统,对微生物指标进行检测。结果该医院集中空调通风系统送风中微生物污染严重,其中会议室细菌总数超标11倍,候诊区细菌总数超标3倍、真菌总数也超标,所有场所风管内微生物数量均符合卫生标准,冷却水和冷凝水中未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论必须加大对医院集中空调通风系统的监督管理力度,集中空调通风系统应安装空气净化消毒装置,加强定期清洁和消毒工作。Objective To find out the current situation of microbial contamination of centralized air ventilation system, supply scientific foundations to strengthen the sanitary control of centralized air ventilation system in hospitals. Methods Microbial indexes in centralized air ventilation system of sickrooms, waiting areas and meeting room were detected in the general hospital. Results Microbial contamination of centralized air ventilation system was serious. The times of ultra standard of total bacterial count in meeting room and waiting rooms were 1 1 and 3. The total fungus count in waiting rooms exceeded the standard value. The quantity of microorganism of blowpipes in all sites was consistent with the hygienic standard. Legionella pneumophila were not detected in both cooling water and condensed water. Conclusion It is essential to strengthen the monitoring management of centralized air ventilation system in hospitals, install air purification and decontaminating apparatus in centralized air ventilation system, enhance regular cleaning and sterilizing work on ventilation system.
